Abstract

We construct an SVIQR epidemic model with saturation incidence rate based on complex network and prove the global asymptotic stability of equilibrium. For controlling the spread of the epidemic, we design a non-periodic intermittent stochastic control for the model, and use the stochastic theories such as Chebyshev’s inequality and Itô’s formula, to obtain the condition that the model is almost necessarily stable. Finally, through numerical simulation, we show that the stochastic control can effectively reduce the densities of the infected nodes.
