Abstract

This paper discusses the adaptive control problem for a class of nonlinear time-varying delay systems with triangular structure, whose nonlinearities satisfy uncertain homogeneous condition. By adaptive control method and adding a power integrator technique, a homogeneous controller with two dynamic gains is skillfully constructed. Then, by choosing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, it can be guaranteed that the designed controller is able to regulate all states of the closed-loop system. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
