Abstract

Se resumen los principales resultados del proyecto de la Cuenta de las Naciones para el Desarrollo sobre fortalecimiento de las capacidades nacionales para la gestión de la migración internacional: maximización de los beneficios para el desarrollo y minimización de los impactos negativos, ejecutado por las comisiones regionales y la División de Población del Departamento de Asuntos Económicos y Sociales de las Naciones Unidas, bajo la coordinación de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL). jóvenes entre los negros.
