Abstract

Se presentan cuatro temas relacionados con el nuevo pacto de protección social: derechos sociales y ciudadanía, la asimetría entre derechos y políticas, el derecho a un nivel de vida adecuado frente a la pobreza y la desigualdad y, finalmente, la propuesta de la CEPAL sobre un pacto social basado en el enfoque de derechos.
