Determinantes de innovaciones tecnológicas pioneras en la industria manufacturera brasileña

Abstract

esta perspectiva, este estudio busca comprender, para la industria manufacturera brasileña, la interrelación entre la innovación y sus determinantes en el trienio 2015-2017. A partir de los datos de la Encuesta de Innovación Tecnológica (PINTEC) de 2017, se estimó un modelo lineal generalizado con respuesta binomial negativa. Los resultados mostraron que las variables capacitación tecnológica y gastos en actividades innovadoras fueron determinantes y se relacionan positivamente con el número de empresas que innovaron. Por el contrario, el financiamiento o las fuentes de apoyo a la innovación, el tamaño de la empresa y los riesgos económicos no mostraron significancia en el análisis. Finalmente, el apoyo financiero del gobierno no muestra efectos significativos sobre la innovación, lo que cuestiona su eficiencia. De hecho, cayó un 26,2% en el trienio, lo que podría estar incidiendo en la debilidad de las actividades innovadoras.
