Abstract

Analiza los factores de que depende el desarrollo actual de la mineria latinoamericana, con enfasis en la necesidad de capital. Examina la naturaleza de la inversion minera, sus riesgos y beneficios, el momento actual de la mineria metalifera, los esfuerzos latinoamericanos por aumentar el control nacional de los recursos mineros, la funcion del Estado en la mineria, y el origen y generacion del capital para la mineria.
