Abstract

Intenta explicar la aparente paradoja implicada en la coexistencia de un considerable crecimiento de la capacidad de absorcion de los estratos modernos no agricolas junto a la persistencia o lenta declinacion de subempleo en America Latina entre 1950 y 1980.
