Planificación para una nueva dinámica económica y social

Abstract

Presenta tres proposiciones: que la planificación puede cumplir un papel destacado en la consolidación del Estado, considerado éste como expresion política de cada nación; la conveniencia que este papel fuera realizado por un ente institucional de jerarquía elevada; y que el rol del ILPES, como organismo multilateral del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas y como agencia intergubernamental, tendrá en el futuro, como marco general, las prioridades constatadas en la región con respecto a los temas de las dos proposiciones anteriores.
