Abstract

Discute los antecedentes, desarrollo y perspectivas del esfuerzo latinoamericano de concertacion expresado en el Consenso de Cartagena y de la participacion de Mexico en el, desde el punto de vista de la politica exterior. Examina aquellos elementos del comportamiento de la economia, el comercio y las finanzas internacionales que impulsaron dicha reunion.
