Abstract

Presenta la "Declaracion de Quito" y el "Plan de Accion" de la Conferencia Economica Latinoamericana (Quito, 9 al 13 de enero de 1984), que proponen una accion concertada para enfrentar la crisis y la adopcion de diversas medidas para reactivar la economia y enfrentar la deuda externa en los paises de America Latina y el Caribe.
