Abstract

Analiza el problema de los limites de lo posible en el caso de la planificacion regional, teniendo en cuenta los procesos historicos nacionales e internacionales que impulsaron la dinamica espacial y configuraron las estructuras espaciales peculiares de cada pais latinoamericano.
