Abstract

Analiza los efectos económicos que la Europa de 1992 podría tener sobre los países de la región, y examina los principales factores que llevaron a la firma del Acta Unica Europea y las vinculaciones económicas entre América Latina y la Comunidad Económica Europea, concluyendo que en el largo plazo esa relación se ha debilitado.
