Abstract

Examina las consecuencias del comportamiento de los bancos transnacionales en la crisis internacional del endeudamiento, tanto durante el auge de préstamos a los países como durante el período de reestructuración de la deuda, con el fin de sentar bases más realistas para la repartición de los costos que implica el ajuste.
