Ýþgörenlerin Serbest Zaman Gereksinimi ve Serbest Zaman Doyumunu Etkileyen Faktörler

Abstract

Bu çalýþmanýn temel amacý turizm iþletmelerinde iþgörenlerin serbest zaman gereksinimi ile serbest zaman doyumu arasýndaki iliþkiyi araþtýrmaktýr. Alan yazýndaki serbest zaman konusu ile ilgili çalýþmalardan yararlanýlarak bir anket formu oluþturulmuþtur. Antalya, Muðla, Ýzmir ve Kuþadasý’ndaki otel, seyahat acentasý, Havalimanlarý ve Marinalardaki turizm iþletmelerinde iþgörenlerle yüz yüze görüþme yöntemi ile anket çalýþmasý yapýlmýþ ve 467 anket formu toplanmýþtýr. Veriler PASW istatistik programý ile analiz edilmiþ ve verilerin çözümlenmesinde faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi gibi çeþitli ölçme araçlarýndan yararlanýlmýþtýr. Öncelikle verilere geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizi yapýlmýþtýr. Ýkinci aþamada, verilerin yapýsal ve yakýnsak geçerliði faktör analizi ile ortaya konulmuþtur. Üçüncü olarak, baðýmsýz deðiþkenler ve baðýmlý deðiþkenler arasýndaki iliþkiyi belirlemek için korelasyon analizi gerçekleþtirilmiþtir. Son olarak, baðýmsýz deðiþkenlerin oluþturduðu faktörlerin baðýmlý deðiþken faktörleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek için regresyon analizi gerçekleþtirilmiþtir. Araþtýrmada sekiz adet hipotez geliþtirilmiþtir. Sonuç olarak, sekiz hipotezden altýsý desteklenmiþtir.
