Las iniciativas oficiales en el campo de la reinserción laboral de la población desocupada: el caso de Famaillá, Tucumán (República Argentina)

Abstract

A partir de la crisis de fines del 2001 y principios del 2002, uno de los temas que caracterizó la agenda estatal fue la intensificación y diversificación de las iniciativas oficiales dirigidas a generar condiciones y oportunidades de reinserción laboral de la población desocupada, implementando de manera complementaria a los planes asistenciales, una serie de programas sociales destinados a estimular, a través de subsidios, el desarrollo de actividades productivas entre desocupados. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir la organización de emprendimientos productivos entre desocupados en la municipalidad de Famaillá, Tucumán – República Argentina, identificando las principales dificultades que obstaculizan el normal desarrollo de tales emprendimientos.
