Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa entendida como la contribución activa y voluntaria al mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental por parte de las empresas, va cobrando mayor importancia en la administración de empresas como activo intangible cuya gestión genera ventajas competitivas y favorece el desarrollo sostenible. En este trabajo se han identificado similitudes entre la gestión de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y la del Capital Intelectual, entendiéndolas como actuaciones que nos ayudan a gestionar el conocimiento de nuestra empresa. Nuestra finalidad es que las empresas entiendan la importancia de considerar la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa como estrategia corporativa que pone en valor el Capital Intelectual de la organización, y se conciencien de su eficacia y efectividad.
