El Business Intelligence aplicado al Ministerio de Defensa

Abstract

Este artículo plantea la necesidad de la implantación de un sistema de business intelligence para la gestión integral del Ministerio de Defensa, partiendo del estudio de los datos de la gestión económica desarrollada en este Departamento durante el año 2011, y de las teorías de management de la literatura científica. El resultado es una muestra de las mejoras en la gestión integral del Ministerio que se pueden lograr contando con una aplicación informática de Business Intelligence debidamente parametrizada.
