Las Tic y el Ingreso en las Pymes Exportadoras del Estado de Yucatán

Abstract

Mediante un modelo econométrico se analiza el impacto en el ingreso (como indicador de competitividad) del grado de utilización de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación por parte de las Pymes exportadoras que operan en el Estado de Yucatán. Nueve de los modelos desarrollados explicaron en forma adecuada y suficiente, que el uso de las TIC con una adecuada capacitación de los usuarios en estos sistemas, un correcto valor de utilización y un pertinente nivel de seguridad informática, influyen de manera importante en el incremento del porcentaje de ingreso que perciben las Pymes exportadoras del estado de Yucatán; sin embargo, se evidencio que quien toma decisiones en la Pyme desconoce que el proceso de informatización permite alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales y maximizar el valor de la misma al dejar trabajar con mayor eficiencia, mejor capacidad de respuesta, alineación a la estrategia y reducción en los costos.
