Migraciones interiores en España: un modelo econometrico regional

Abstract

En este estudio, analizamos las migraciones interiores en España en el periodo 1980-2000 desde una perspectiva regional. Tratamos de demostrar que el actual patrón migratorio no responde únicamente a los determinantes económicos de los modelos explicativos tradicionales –empleo, salarios y distancia. Los resultados obtenidos para las regiones españolas justifican la inclusión de nuevos condicionantes de la migración como indicadores de calidad de vida y factores climáticos.
