From a perspective that the knowledge is considerate as a resource of capacity competitive on the social, organizational and individual context, we explain the Ecommerce as a strategic process of business organizations on the actual economic context. Particularly it emphasizes the transcendence of specific process to planning for the trade success trough of the description of the social, financial, legal and technological factor.
