Peculiarities Of The Karata Verbal Forms Functioning In The Fairy-Tale Discourse

Abstract

The aim of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of verbal forms functioning in the fairy-tale discourse of the Karata fairy-tales.The devices used and the descriptive method revealed the most typical verbal forms for the fairy-tale discourse of the Karata language. As a result, the most common verbal forms were found.Conclusions. The most characteristic are forms of the Past Tense: the Past Imperfect Tense, the Past Incomplete (Imperfect) Tense, the Past Non-obvious Tense, the Past Imperfect Non-obvious (Precondemned) Tense, Plurperfect. Among them, forms of the Past Non-obvious and Non-obvios Plurperfect are more common, and verbs of the Present Tense (General Present Tense and Concrete Present Tense) are rare in the transposition function
