Abstract

 The aim of the study is to identify the artistic features of the first stories for the children of the Avar writer Musa Magomedov, in the "Chaganа" collection.Methods. Comparative-historical, comparativecontrastive, structural-functional.Results. The article deals with the ideological, artistic and stylistic features of the writer's first prose works for children.Conclusion. Musa Magomedov’s first stories oriented to children and young people reflected the artistic features of Soviet literature. They became a step in the development of ethnic fiction, ethnic aesthetic consciousness.Â
