Forming The Effective Strategy To Increase The Competitiveness Of The Non-Governmental University And Its Market Behaviour

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the problem of raising the competitiveness of non-governmental higher education institution based on an effective University management strategy.Methods. Examines various strategies for organizational and managerial decision-making results.Results. Highlighted four main levels of competitiveness, universities and con analyzed their control.Conclusions. The most important factor in improving the competitiveness of the non-governmental University in the market of educational services is to improve management of its educational and economic activities.Â
