Methodology Of The Analysis Of The Positive Sanctions Problem In The Russian Law

Abstract

Aim. Analysis of the problem of positive sanctions in Russian law. Results. Different approaches to the implementation of this analysis from the point of view are considered. Summary. Legal analysis of the potential of positive sanctions in Russian law involves taking into account the content of such formal laws as identities, non-contradiction, excluded third and sufficient grounds. Conclusion. The most important reason for the adoption of these sanctions is the urgent need for harmonious regulation of a wide variety of social relations, the regulation of which is carried out by the norms of all branches of Russian law.
