Trends In The Development Of Education During Perestroika And Market Reforming (By The Example Of The Republic Of Dagestan)

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze the socio-economic changes in the country associated with the radical transition to the market relations and entailed the transformation processes in all areas of the social life.Method. The principle of dialectical logic and the theory of cognition, historicism and system analysis.Results. In the course of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that the school reform should have contributed to the eradication of the facts of formalism and percentages, liberalism in the assessment of pupils’ knowledge and behavior from the school practice.Conclusions. During the post-soviet period, trends strengthened related to the deterioration of the education quality, corrupt mechanisms, that have become more widespread. At the same time, there have been positive trends associated with democratization and relative deideologization of the general education space.
