The Language Of Learning Issue In Dagestan Ethnic School During The Period Of Implementing The General Secondary Compulsory Education

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The aim of the article is studying the ethno-linguistic problem in general and the language of learning in particular. The authors present the theoretical and practical material for the social science complex: Politology, Sociology, History, Pedagogy. Method. The principle of dialectical logic and the theory of cognition, historicism and system analysis. Results. During the study they found that in the analyzed period Dagestan schools were provided with programs, textbooks and teaching materials in Russian. Many schools switched to the cabinet system of teaching. Conclusions. Every year the pupils’ progress in Russian increased, in the republic much work was carried out on providing the schools with the teaching staff in Russian. Appealing to the study of this problem allows showing the character and diversity of the processes taking place in the Dagestan schools in the period of study.Â
