Abstract

This paper presents an approach on the assessment of the impact that Information Technology has in an based- knowledge economy. In order to achieve this goal, we proposed the use of feedback model from the production environment, considered as a cybernetic system. The impact of the IT is treated similarly to the technological and behavioral relationships between the main effects of feedbacks. We also studied different effects that feedback produces as an IT impact.
