Abstract

Decision making, multiple activities in leading different activities, but also management and the need to reduce risks are modern approaches in organizing business activities and here is the need to automate business processes. The complex automation of business processes becomes a solution since the internal relations but those with the external environment of the business become more and more complex and require immediate or short-term adaptation. The automation of business processes in this context, allows the release of valuable resources from routine problems, for strategic planning and management focus on key areas of the company.
