This study aims to evaluate the use of two electronic banking instruments which comprises Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Point of Sales (POS) terminal usage in enhancing service delivery of Money Deposit Bank in Nigeria. One hundred and eight (108) questionnaires were collected from the distributed one hundred and twenty (120) among bank staff and bank customers of Money Deposit Banks in Lagos with the aid of convenient sampling technique. Regression technique was employed to test the influence of E-payment systems in relation to service delivery. The study recommended that banks should spread Automated teller machines and Point-Of-Sales terminal across the towns and cities. And more so, to increase the patronage on EPS, the Money Deposit Banks should intensify their education to sensitize the prospective users of the benefit of these instruments.
