Abstract

Ushbu maqola benchmarkingning kichik innovatsion biznes (SME) subyektlari raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi samaradorligini tahlil qiladi. SMElar Oʻzbekiston iqtisodiyotining muhim qismi boʻlib, ish oʻrinlari va innovatsiyalar yaratadi, biroq resurs cheklovlari va kuchli raqobatga duch keladi. Oʻzbekistondagi 20 ta SMEs bilan oʻtkazilgan ekspert intervyulari asosida amalga oshirilgan. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, benchmarking innovatsion jarayonlarni tezlashtiradi, operatsion samaradorlikni oshiradi, marketing strategiyalarini takomillashtiradi va moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlaydi. Muhokamada bu topilmalarning nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati, Oʻzbekistonning oʻziga xos xususiyatlari hamda kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar yoʻnalishlari koʻrsatilgan. Xulosa qilib aytganda, benchmarking SMElar uchun barqaror rivojlanish va iqtisodiy oʻsishni taʼminlashda muhim vositadir.
