Abstract

Ushbu maqolada islom moliyasi xizmatlarini amalga oshirishda shartoma tomonlari oʻrtasida kelib chiquvchi mojarolarni hal etish shakllari sifatida sudlar va arbitrajlar muhokama qilinadi. Islom moliyasi xizmatlari va islom banklari faoliyat koʻlami kengaygani sayin nafaqat musulmon davlatlarida, balki aholisining asosiy qismi musulmon boʻlmagan davlatlarda ham bu kabi munosabatlardan kelib chiqadigan nizolarni hal etishda arbitraj sudlari tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ushbu maqolada arbitraj sudlarining islom moliyasi xizmatlaridan kelib chiqadigan munosatlarni hal etishda arbitraj sudlarining oʻrni haqida soʻz yuritiladi.
