Abstract

Maqolada tadbirkorlik faoliyati boshqarishda qoʼllaniladigan avtokratik, demokratik va liberal rahbarlik uslublari haqida toʼhtalib oʼtilgan. Keltirilgan rahbarlik uslublarining ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari tahlil etilib, nazariy jihatdan asosiy yutuqli sifatlari keltirib oʼtilgan. Shu bilan birgalikda tadbirkorlik faoliyatida rahbarlik uslublaridan samarali foydalanish yuzasidan takliflar berilgan.
