Abstract

Mazkur maqola qonun buzilishi, uning kelib chiqish sabablari va bunga imkoniyat yaratib berayotgan shart-sharoitlarni bartaraf etish toʻgʻrisidagi prokuror taqdimnomasining mazmuni va unga qoʻyilgan talablarga bagʻishlangan. Muallifning qarashlariga koʻra, aniqlangan qonun buzilishi, uning kelib chiqish sabablari va bunga imkoniyat yaratib berayotgan shart-sharoitlar taqdimnoma kiritish uchun asos boʻladi. Shuningdek, maqolada taqdimnoma tayyorlashda amal qilinishi lozim boʻlgan uslubiy-amaliy koʻrsatmalar hamda uning shakl va mazmuniga qoʻyilgan talablar, taqdimnomaga xos asosiy xususiyatlar ham bayon etilgan. Bundan tashqari, qonunlar ijrosi ustidan nazorat tartibida kiritiladigan prokuror taqdimnomasiga mualliflik taʼrifi ham berilgan.
