Abstract

Mazkur maqolada shaxsning shaʼni va qadr-qimmatining huquqiy himoyasi va uni buzganlik uchun javobgarlikning kelib chiqish asoslari yoritib berilgan. Shaxsning shaʼni va qadr-qimmatini kamsitgan shaxslarga fuqarolik, maʼmuriy va jinoiy javobgarliklarning kelib chiqish asoslari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, chet el davlatlari, xususan Italiya, Ispaniya, Fransiya va Germaniya kabi davlatlarning tajribalari chuqur oʼrganilgan.
