Abstract

Ushbu maqola Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida qonunchilik tashabbusi huquqini amalga oshirishning huquqiy asoslarini tahlil qiladi. Qonunchilik tashabbusi huquqi demokratik jamiyatning muhim instituti sifatida qonun ijodkorligi jarayonida fuqarolar va davlat organlarining ishtirokini taʼminlaydi. Maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasi, qonunlari va boshqa normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarida qonunchilik tashabbusi huquqining subyektlari, shakllari, tartibi va chegaralari belgilab berilganligi koʻrib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada qonunchilik tashabbusi huquqini amalga oshirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari, muammolari va ularni hal etish yoʻllari tahlil qilinadi. Maqola muallifi qonunchilik tashabbusi huquqini yanada takomillashtirish boʻyicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqadi.
