Perceived satisfaction of users of pharmaceutical services in Yopal Casanare at COVID 19

Abstract

User satisfaction has become an indispensable requirement and even more with the appearance of COVID 19, companies were forced to improve the quality of their services. In Colombia, and especially the department of Casanare, there is a high degree of dissatisfaction with health sector companies. For this reason, the research project aimed to know the degree of perceived satisfaction of users of pharmaceutical services in the city Yopal Casanare. Through online questionnaires scale of Likert, applied to 133 users of pharmacies and drugstores of the private sector of the city. Non-probability sampling was used to calculate the sample size for convenience. It is also evident that there is a relationship between the degree of perceived satisfaction vs order of arrival and priority in care. In short, to meet the needs of users of pharmaceutical services in a shorter time; it is one of the alternatives identified for improving the degree of satisfaction in drugstores in the city of Yopal.
