Abstract

Introduction: the study aims to analyze the quality of the glamping service provided by Sabor a Mi, a company located in Chinacota, Norte de Santander, Colombia, in 2023. Method: the type of research is mixed and transactional transversal. An exhaustive documentary review is carried out to verify the information that has been published, which helps to determine the characteristics of the variables addressed. In the descriptive phase, a semi-structured interview is applied. A questionnaire following the SERVPERF model was also used to sample seventy-three guests. Results: the survey results reveal Sabor a Mi’s key strengths and weaknesses in its glamping service. The facilities’ aesthetics and visual appeal emerge as the main strength, highlighting the importance of first impressions in the customer experience and how the country design and attention to detail create a welcoming and memorable environment for guests. Conclusions: Sabor a Mi is at a crucial moment when it must make strategic decisions to improve its competitiveness in the region and raise the quality of service offered to its customers. One key strategy that Sabor a Mi must consider is investment in technology. Implementing an interactive and user-friendly website can improve the company’s visibility and make it easier for customers to book its services.
