Quality of life in the adult bigger than a community

Abstract

Introduction: the populational aging in a challenge for the modern societies and the quality of a person's life is of the interaction of multiple factors. Objective: to evaluate the quality of life in the bigger adult belonging to the medical clinic 129 of the Policlínico Siblings Cruz of the municipality Pinegrove of the River in the period of January of the 2021 to July 2023. Method: he/she was carried out an intervention study, the universe it was constituted by bigger 229 patients adults, a sample was not selected bigger probabilística of 96 adults that fulfilled the inclusion approaches, theoretical, empiric methods they were used and of the descriptive statistic, given in absolute and relative numbers. Results: a perception of the quality of half life of 64,58% prevailed in the age group from 60 to 69 years, the feminine sex with 54,16%, the married bigger adults for 56,25%, the level of school of primary without finishing and secondary finished with 27,08%; the dimensions of the quality of life in the biggest adult were high after the intervention, with the educational intervention a level of knowledge is evaluated about the perception of quality of the appropriate bigger adults' life with 81,25% Conclusions: The perception of the dimensions of quality of the biggest adults' life, after the intervention was high and the level of knowledge about the perception of the quality of life was evaluated of appropriate.
