Abstract

The rapid evolution of emerging technologies necessitates robust cross-industry collaboration mechanisms to ensure successful commercialization and market integration. To address this critical imperative, this study systematically explores the intricate collaboration frameworks required for the commercialization of cutting-edge innovations. By employing comprehensive industrial chain analysis and advanced collaboration model research methodologies, this paper examines the strategic pathways for integrating complex supply chains across the aerospace, advanced materials, and artificial intelligence (AI) sectors. These three domains represent the pinnacle of modern technological advancement, yet their intersection remains underexplored. The research findings indicate that high-end application scenarios, foundational material support, research and development (R&D) enablement, and strategic capital synergy jointly determine the overall efficiency of technology transfer. Furthermore, the study highlights the multifaceted challenges inherent in cross-sector integration, emphasizing the need for adaptive regulatory frameworks. Ultimately, the analysis demonstrates that improving intellectual property governance, standardizing rigorous certification systems, and fortifying supply chain security mechanisms are paramount to enhancing the certainty and sustainability of commercialization efforts. By proposing a novel cross-industry collaboration model, this research provides valuable theoretical insights and practical guidelines for industry stakeholders, policymakers, and investors aiming to optimize supply chain resilience and accelerate the deployment of next-generation technologies in a highly competitive global market.
