Abstract

Съвременният международен бизнес е неразривно свързан с уменията за водене на ефективна междукултурна комуникация. Днес не е достатъчно само владеенето на чужди езици. Не по-малко важно е успешното съчетаване на лингвистичните знания с познанията, разбирането и възприемането на културните различия. В разработката е изследвана степента на междукултурна компетентност на представители на българския бизнес, откроени са основните пречки от междукултурна характер, пред които са изправени българските мениджъри служители, както е анализирано тяхното мнение относно ситуации, свързани с взаимоотношения на работното място, когато е налице междукултурна комуникация.
