Проблеми И Предизвикателства При Изграждането На Системи За Депозитно Застраховане – Световен Опит

Abstract

Интересът към системите за депозитно застраховане, като нструмент за повишаване стабилността на банковата система, се появява едва след 60-те години на ХХ век, макар че първата подобна система е създадена през 1829 г. в Ню Йорк. Много често отделните държави се сещат за проблема с гарантиране депозитите на вложителите в случай на фалит на съответната банка/и едва когато са изправени пред сериозни проблеми в банковия им сектор. В настоящето изследване се дискутират основни концептуални въпроси, свързани с организацията,функционирането и осъвременяването на подобни системи, като основен акцент ще бъде извършването на критичен анализ на световния опит и добри практики в тази област. Извън обхвата на изследването е Бъл- гарската практика, тъй като действаща у нас система за гарантиране влоговете на гражданите е изградена едва след 1998 година и е сравнително нова, като в нея са заложени добрите световни практики.
