Възможности За Нарастване На Номиналната И Реалната Минимална Заплата В България

Abstract

Проблемът за минималната работна заплата (МРЗ) не губи своята актуалност и постоянно е в полезрението на българската общественост. Причините за това се състоят не само в числеността на получаващите я, но и в нейната макроикономическа значимост. Тя се предопределя от мястото, което МРЗ заема в цената на труда, особено в частния сектор на икономиката, ситуирането й на фона на равнището на производителност на труда, брутния вътрешен продукт, нивото на инфлация, заетостта и безработицата. Това задължително поставя въпроса за съблюдаването на тези акроикономически показатели, при вземането на решение за определяне и актуализиране на минималното възнаграждение за труд. Разбира се, европейският опит в това отношение не бива да се пренебрегва, а напротив – акумулирането на добри европейски практики дори е препоръчително, особено в частта за ефективността на действие на механизма за колективното трудово договаряне и на социалния диалог.
