10-Те „Не“ За Мениджърска Ефективност

Abstract

Ако се върнем назад в историята, ще видим едно общо качество (характеристика) на всяка власт – грижата за собствената си сигурност и стремежът към възпроизводство. Това кореспондира като принцип и с мениджърското поведение, чиито прояви са насочени към ефективното функциониране на ръководената организация, а с това и на личното оцеляване. Ако нещата се разгледат в по-широка философска рамка, тук сериозно се намесва и егото. Когато то е проявено в разумни граници, поведението на управляващия е приемливо. Извън него нерядко се стига до диктат и бюрокрация с оглед запазването на властта. Все пак има и основни правила, които, ако се спазват в процеса на ръководене, могат да спестят сериозни неприятности за мениджъра и неговия екип.
