Ролята На Концесиите За Развитието На Транспортната Инфраструктура

Abstract

В условията на икономическа и финансова криза концесията като бизнес модел дава възможност за развитие и модернизиране на обекти, публична държавна собственост. Транспортната инфраструктура в България, която е публична държавна собственост, има своята важна икономическа и социална роля. Нейното състояние и перспективи за развитие са в основата на търсенето на транспортни услуги. В зависимост от икономическото развитие на държавата се определя и възможността за финансиране за модернизация на транспортната инфраструктура. При ограниченото държавно финансиране за подобряване на състоянието на транспортната инфраструктура обективна възможност за повишаване на качеството на транспортната услуга като цяло дава концесията. В статията се разглежда ролята на концесията за развитието на транспортната инфраструктура, като се определят ползите за икономиката и обществото от концесионирането на инфраструктурни обекти. Концесията се разглежда като успешна бизнес формула, в която се съчетават нисък риск, качество и силен контрол на концесионирания обект.
