Ролята На Доброволното Пенсионно Осигуряване В Корпоративното Управление

Abstract

Моделът на корпоративното управление на човешкия капитал в съвременната бизнес организация е важен за прилагане на концепцията за корпоративна социална отговорност, елемент от която е допълнителното доброволно пенсионно осигуряване на работещите с вноски от работодателя. Допълнителното доброволно пенсионно осигуряване е капиталовопокривно и начин за диверсифициране на източниците на пенсионен доход. Осигуряването в доброволни пенсионни фондове е с ясно изразен, обаче неизползван потенциал не само за повишаване на общия коефициент на заместване, но и като елемент в общия модел за корпоративно управление на човешките ресурси във всяко търговско дружество независимо от неговия предмет на дейност. За прилагането му като средство за мотивация на персонала и за повишаване на ефективността са необходими определени предпоставки и конкретни действия.
