Въздействия На Междукултурните Различия Върху Българския Бизнес

Abstract

Въпросът за важността на междукултурните различия в съвременния комуникационен процес стана изключително актуален през последните 20 годи- ни. Броят на служителите, работещи в чуждестранни компании, нараства значително и е резултат на разширяващата се дейност на фирмите зад граница. Всяка международна бизнес дейност включва определен вид комуникация, която варира от ежедневния обмен на информация и идеи до вземане на решения, провеждане на ефективен преговорен процес и мотивиране на персонала. Тези дейности се основават на умението на мениджърите от една култура да общуват ефективно с ръководителите и служителите – представители на други култури, на способността им да преодолеят „невидимите” пречки и бариери, въздействащи върху функционирането на отделните компании. Конкретната цел на настоящото изследване е да се откроят основните проблеми и бариери, пред които са изправени българските бизнес контрагенти в процеса на комуникация с представители на чужди култури – както зад граница, така и в собствената организация.
