Икономическа Диверсификация И Институционална Адаптация В Условията На Рентна Икономика: Примерът На Саудитска Арабия

Abstract

Настоящата статия изследва политикономическата трансформация на Саудитска Арабия през последното десетилетие, разглеждайки я като уникален случай на авторитарна модернизация, пострентиерна икономическа реформа и глобална геостратегическа адаптация. На основата на интердисциплинарен анализ, включващ теории за рентната държава, институционалната инерция и визионерската държавност, се проследяват основните вектори на промяна: икономическа диверсификация чрез Vision 2030, трансформация на човешкия капитал и социалната политика, опити за екологична устойчивост и климатична адаптация, както и преформулиране на външната политика и ролята на кралството в многополюсната система. Статията защитава тезата, че Саудитска Арабия не е просто пример за авторитарна устойчивост, а за възникващ модел на държавност, при който легитимността се основава на ефективност, глобално позициониране и контрол върху транснационални потоци. В същото време се подчертават вътрешните ограничения на тази трансформация, свързани с институционалната нееластичност, социалната фрагментация и липсата на политическа инклузия. Изследването допринася към дебата за възможните хибридни конфигурации между икономическо развитие, държавна власт и нелиберални форми на модерност.
