Swot Анализ На Териториални Общности В Житомирска Област

Abstract

В статията се разглеждат специфичните особености на провеждането на SWOT анализ на териториални общности. Установено е, че SWOT анализът включва идентифициране на силни и слаби страни, както и заплахи и възможности. Този процес е необходим за установяване на вериги от връзки между тези елементи, които впоследствие могат да се използват за систематично изграждане на стратегия за развитие на териториалната общност. Статията определя същността на SWOT анализа и приложението му в рамките на териториалните общности, като предоставя подробна визуализация на неговите ключови етапи. Извършва се задълбочен анализ на основните икономически показатели на Житомирска област, като се идентифицират основните приходни и разходни позиции на регионалния бюджет. Въз основа на SWOT анализа на икономиката на Житомирска област е установено, че перспективна посока е разработването на стратегия за привличане на чуждестранни инвестиции, специално насочена към технологичното развитие. В заключение авторът предлага модел за привличане на чуждестранни инвестиции в подкрепа на растежа на ИТ сектора в Житомирска област
