Риск И Възвръщаемост При Инвестициите Във Фотоволтаични Централи Чрез Проектна Компания И Кредитно Финансиране

Abstract

Целта на настоящото изследване е да представи в детай-лен план рисковите, финансовите и инженерните аспекти на инвестициите във фотоволтаични централи (ФтЕЦ) на базата на най-вероятен сценарий за финансово-икономическо развитие. За целите на инвестиции във ФтЕЦ с мощност над 1 MW може да се препоръча използване на подхода на проектната компания. Подобен подход преследва две базисни цели: (1) изграждане на ФтЕЦ с оптимална инсталирана мощност и производствени параметри; (2) постигане на прогнозно ниво на продажби и печалби. Ин-вестициите във ФтЕЦ логично понасят две групи рискове – систематични и несистематични. От тези рискове, при всички обстоятелства следва да се обърне внимание на динамиката в ценовите равнища на електроенергий-ните пазари, които са ключови за финансово-икономическата възвръща-емост от инвестицията. Тези разчети са особено чувствителни също и на промените в лихвените нива при кредитно финансиране на проектната компания с висок финансов лийвъридж.
