Прецизиране На Корекциите На Пазарните Множители За Оперативна Ефективност

Abstract

Изследването е свързано с една от спецификите на приложението на пазарния подход. При прилагане на методите на пазарния подход избраните предприятия за аналози трябва да имат сходни оперативни и финансови характеристики с оценяваното предприятие. Международните стандарти за оценяване (2017) изискват, оценителите да направят корекции на използваните множители. Касърова, Праматарска и Лазарова (2009) и Тодоров (2015) предлагат метод за корекция на пазарните множители за странови риск и ефективност, когато пазарният подход се прилага в условията на формиращите се пазари. Ние прецизираме предложения от тях подход за корекции, като премахваме присъщите му рестрикции.
